Reservations Policies


  • Payments can be made with cash, travelers checks and wire transfers
  • The hotel does not accept credit cards
  • All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change until confirmation
  • Rates are per night, based on double occupancy
  • $10.00 per night charge for each additional adult guest / bed


  • 15 day advance notice required to refund deposit, minus 20%
    cancellation fee (otherwise the entire deposit will be lost)
  • 0% refunded if canceled with less than 15 days notice

Christmas - New Year's Eve - Easter Weeks

  • We only accept reservations for a minimum of 7 nights

Arrival and Departure Times

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM / 15:00 hrs.
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM / 11:00 hrs.
  • Late Check-Out: According to availability you can ask for a late check out.
    Until 4 pm the charge is 50 % of the daily rate. After 4 pm, you will be charged an extra night.

Welcome in our Pool

  • Swimming pool hours 10 AM to 10 PM
  • Warning: No life guard on duty, swim at your own risk
  • Shower before entering pool
  • Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children under 5 not permitted in pool or on upper terrace.
  • Pool for guests only
  • No diving or jumping into pool permitted
  • No running, rough play or loud noise
  • No glass or food permitted in pool area
