Cancellations
15 day advance notice required to refund deposit, minus 20%
cancellation fee (otherwise the entire deposit will be lost)
0% refunded if canceled with less than 15 days notice

We only accept reservations for a minimum of 7 nights
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM / 15:00 hrs.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM / 11:00 hrs.
Late Check-Out: According to availability you can ask for a late check out.
Until 4 pm the charge is 50 % of the daily rate. After 4 pm, you will be charged an extra night.
